Cruel and Unusual Punishment: Painful death for murderers is un-constitutional

Which is worse: The fact that the United States still executes violent criminals? or this?
We're like a dog biting our own tail. Is this the greatest country in the world, or what?

The cruel and unual punishment he gave to his victims was not a concern for him, I don't think it should be a concern for us.

I wish that the courts would give the victims families the right to inflict their own punishment on the criminals. I'd kill him myself.
